We love our staff - most of our team has been with us for over 5 years. We work hard and play hard - we are known to end the day with a spritz in the garden, have leisurely family meals, and take care of one another in and outside of the kitchen.

We welcome stages from all over the world to learn Tuscan cooking and become part of the La Lodola family.
